Ishqbaaaz happened to be one of the most talked about and loved show of the small screen that ran for quite some time and impressed the fans with its unique storyline and the performance of the actors. But the one thing that caught everyone's attention was the sizzling chemistry between the lead pair of the show Shivaay and Anika and played by Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna.
When previosuly the news about the generation gap came after which Surbhi decided to quit, the fans became really sad over the makers and even demanded the end of the show. Various hashtags like #ENDISHQBAAAZ and #NOSURBHINOISHQBAAAZ started trending on the social media. And then two new faces in the form of Niti Taylor and Manjiri Pupala. The show then focussed on the love story of Shivaay and Anika's son Shivaansh.
Now that the show has finally ended, the fans are eagerly waiting to see them back on the screen yet again. Talking about what the actor felt about his co-actors, he said that he is happy about the fact that the show helped him meet people who inspired him in their own way. Talking about Shivaay and Anika's chemistry and the love that th pair got he said that he is glad that this happened.
Nakuul even said that if in the future he will ever get a chance to work with Surbhi, he would definitely say a yes and for the same he can't wait to happen soon. Talking about his new project he said that he has been continuing with a role for three long years and now he thinks he needs a sabbatical so that he can find a new him to bring something new for the audience. He will however be seen in a short film soon.

The actor took to his Instagram story to share a picture with his friends and it also had Badrinath Ki Dulhania director Shashank Khaitan in it that triggered a question about him working in his project next! Well there is no official announcement about it till now. Talking about his short film, it will be produced by none other than Anurag Kashyap.
