Brahmastra and Naagin actress, Mouni Roy reveals her fitness mantra

Popular Television actress, Mouni Roy is one of the most popular actress of the small screen. She became the name of every house when she played the lead role of an 'ichhadhari naagin' in the popular Television show, Naagin that aired on Colors' TV. Now the actress will be making her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar and later she will be seen in Brahmastra.

The actress is currently shooting for Brahmastra in Bulgaria. The movie is directed by Ayan Mukerji and even has Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the leading roles. It was also being said that Mouni will play the role of a villain while Ranbir will play the role of a superhero and Alia his lady love.

Talking about Mouni, there is no doubt about the fact that she is probably one of the most fittest actresses of the small screen. She keeps a check on her diet and does not forget her exercise schedule. Recently the actress opened up about the reason behind her fitness on the social media.

Mouni, took to her Instagram account and thanked her trainer who helps her stay fit even when she is away from her home. She shared a picture on her Instagram account and captioned it as, "Dearest Angie @angiekassabie thank you so much for coming through for me in the last few days and helping me with my diet in the most effective way. And its lovely to meet someone who help others with such selflessness. Shall always be grateful for you & the knowledge that you have of human anatomy & nutrition. P.S ~ She s so hot "
