The Chinese tech giant Vivo has launched its Vivo Y53i. Especially, this smartphone is the cheapest handset in Vivo which comes with face unlock feature. That means it has facial recognition feature technology which enables users to lock their phone by identifying their face. Vivo is using the tag of “Make in India” into the promotion of Vivo Y53i. This handset will be cheaper than Y53 by Rs 2000. Still, this handset has face unlock, ultra HD camera tech and eye protection feature. This smartphone is available in two colour variations of Crown gold and matte black. Vivo Y53i will be priced at Rs 7,990.
Specifications of the Y53i many unique features in comparison to its counterparts. This handset will have 5-inch QHD display (540X960 pixels). This handset will be powered by 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 Quadcore processor. Apart from it, the smartphone also has Andreno 308 GPU. Vivo Y53i will have 2 GB RAM along with 16 GB internal storage. Its memory is expandable to 256 GB with the help of micro SD card.
This smartphone will have 8 MP rear camera with LED flashlight and secondary camera od 5 MP. This handset is run on Android 6.0 marshmallow. It has dual sim slot and also supports 4G value. Vivo Y53i will have the power backup of 2,500 mAh battery. This handset will compete with Xiaomi Redmi 5 which was launched in March in India. Redmi 5 specifications have 5.7 inch display with 4 GB RM and 12 MP camera.
