Reliance Jio vs BSNL: BSNL offering 750 GB data, ultra-high speed of 100 Mbps and much more; see details

As Reliance Jio is planning to launch its Fiber to the Home (FTTH) broadband service in the coming future. The government entity and telecom operator BSNL is also preparing itself to face the challenge by Jio, the company has released two new cheap plans. These two plane have been named Fibro Combo ULD 777 and Fibro Combo ULD 1277. Under the Fibre Combo ULD 777 plan, BSNL is giving 500 GB of data, which is going to have the ultra high speed of 50 Mbps. Whereas Fibro Combo ULD 1277 will give 750 GB data with a super fast speed of 100 Mbps.

According to the media reports, BSNL will just not target the upcoming FFTH plan by Jio but also the local service providers such as Spectranet and ACT fibre net with its new plans. Under these BSNL plans, its users can also do unlimited calling across the country anywhere.

A twitter user made this information public by posting an official circular of BSNL. According to his post, these new plans will be available in all the telecom circles except Andaman and Nicobar. This plan is available for the only new FTTH users, to avail these plans users have to deposit security money equal to the monthly cost of the tariff. In the Fibro Combo ULD 777 broadband plan, the FUP limit will be decreased to the 2 Mbps and customers also have the option to opt this plan for a long time.

To avail this offer for one-year service users have to pay Rs 8,547, for two years they have to pay Rs 16,137 and for 3 years it will cost Rs 23, 310. To attract the new customer in non-FTTH service BSNL has launched new plans which is available form Rs 99 to Rs 399.
