Airtel and Jio war on twitter after a customer tweet, user insulted Airtel for poor service; read here

Since the Reliance Jio launched its service in the telecom market, it has been leading the market by providing best data plans for prepaid users. And on the other hand, it has changed the scenario of the telecom sector, where Airtel is constantly losing its customer to Jio. Now, Jio and Airtel are fighting the war at every level to lucrative each other customers. From data plan to court cases the war has reached on the Twitter.

People who are not happy with Airtel current service is expressing their frustration on Twitter. One of the Airtel users with name Shubham Sahoo reported his disappointment on Twitter. He said that the Airtel network is very weak in his village and he is looking forward to switching to the Reliance Jio. He said “@Airtel_Presence Really very bad service in my village pin:-766106.I’m going to Port from Airtel to Gio. Num:-7894587277 jio.@reliancejio”.


 

Instead of Airtel, Reliance Jio was first to take the concern of user complaint and it welcomed the users for deciding to switch to Reliance and asked for his full name, email ID and state name along with the area PIN code to process the network port service.

 

But soon Airtel also participated in the war and suggested user speak with the representatives of Airtel so that they can change the mind of their user. And asked for the permission to discuss the issue over a call.

Subham Sahoo took a dig on Airtel in his next tweet stating that ‘it is his mind, not a dress’ and in the last, he opted for Jio network and shared his details with the company. Other companies should also learn from the Jio and its strategy of valuing and paying attention to every single user.
