Jodhpur (Rajashtan): The delay in the construction of a power substation on the Tanawada-Mogra road has caused inconvenience to villagers, who are struggling with frequent power outages in the scorching heat. The project, which began around four months ago, has been stuck due to a lack of equipment. Currently, electricity is supplied to the area from the Mogra Grid Substation, but frequent power cuts are a common occurrence, causing distress to the villagers.

The villagers have demanded that the power substation be completed as soon as possible. They stated that the transformer and VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) have been procured, and work will begin soon.

"We will start work within 1-2 days of receiving the equipment," said Ramesh, the contractor.

Shivram Chaudhary, Junior Engineer at Salawas, assured that the power substation will be completed quickly once the remaining equipment arrives.
