Jhabua (Madhya Pradesh): According to the pilgrims, they were just 800 meters away from the site where the landslide occurred, which resulted in the death of three people.
The group, consisting of Shailendra Singh Rathore, Ashka Singh, Vanshika, Drishti Singh, and Aditya Singh Rathore, had embarked on the Char Dham Yatra on July 15. Despite facing adverse weather conditions, they completed their journey without any major hurdles.
The group first visited Gangotri and then headed to Kedarnath. However, their journey was halted for a few hours due to the landslide on the Gaurikund-Kedarnath trekking route.
The pilgrims were shaken by the incident, but they continued their journey after a few hours. During their journey to Badrinath from Kedarnath, they encountered two to three more landslides, which delayed their arrival by three days.
