Guna: The historic Kawar Yatra, which has been ongoing for the past two decades, will take place on August 12 this year. Preparations for the yatra were discussed and a plan was outlined in Gram Khutyawad.
Under the aegis of the Dharmaraksha Samiti, the 21st annual gathering of Kawar pilgrims will take place at Kedarnath Dham in the Myana area on the night of August 11.
The yatra will begin at 6 am on August 12 with puja, archana, and flag hoisting, and will pass through Hasli, Chira Ghat, Agara, Jhiroli, and Bhadoura before reaching the Bharkeshwar Mahadev Temple in Khutyawad.
