Ganesh Jat Wins Gold Medal in Asian Hybrid Chess Boxing Championship
Niwai, Tonk: Ganesh Jat, a resident of Jhila village in Nivai, has brought laurels to the country and the state by winning the gold medal in the Second Asian Hybrid Chess Boxing Championship held in Kolkata from July 27 to 29.
Ganesh participated in the hybrid game, which combines chess and boxing, and defeated his Japanese opponent Hayota in both chess and boxing to win the championship.
The championship was organized in 11 rounds, with each round consisting of three minutes of chess and three minutes of boxing. Ganesh's victory was a result of his strategic thinking and physical strength, which helped him knock out his opponent in boxing and checkmate him in chess.
After his victory, the organizing committee declared Ganesh the winner and awarded him the gold medal. Speaking to reporters, Ganesh said that the key to success in hybrid chess boxing lies in the perfect balance between physical strength and mental agility.
Ganesh was given a grand welcome by the villagers upon his return to Jhila, where he was felicitated with a garland and a turban.
