A big proud moment for Indians as the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is all set to achieve another record. On 29th November, ISRO will launch the earth observation satellite.
Along with PSLV-C43/HysIS (Hyper Spectral Imaging Satellite) mission, 30 other micro and nanosatellites of other nations (including 23 from the USA) will also be launched today at 9:58 am.
ISRO will launch its satellite from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.
Notably, this is the sixth satellite launched by ISRO that will use a polar satellite launch vehicle (PSLV).
Check out some important details:
ISRO will launch its spacecraft at 9:58 am from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre on 29th November. The launch vehicle PSLV has the total length of 39.4m and it is consist of a four-stage rocket, which has solid and liquid stages.
If this launch will become successful then, it will be the 13th successful launch of this PSLV model.
The total weight of the satellites is 641.5kg. While the other 30 satellites will be launched at an altitude of 504 km from the earth’s surface.
