NASA has shared a spooky picture of the Sun ahead of Halloween that was celebrated on October 31 across the world. To celebrate the festival, NASA shared the eerie picture of the Sun.
The space agency tweeted a 2014 picture of the Sun which is resembling a jack-o’-lantern ( a hollowed-out pumpkin with facial features cut into it for Halloween).
An image of the sun seems like slanted eyes and a sinister smile.
NASA posted the image with a caption: “No, that’s not a fiery jack-o’-lantern 🔥🎃. It’s the Sun! Our @NASASun. Solar Dynamics Observatory captured this ultraviolet image in 2014, showing active regions on our home star”

The image has already gone viral since it got shared by NASA. The Internet has been flooded with several hilarious reactions. The halloween image of the Sun has been retweented over three thousand times.
