This is what SS Rajamouli tweeted about Ranveer Singh after watching Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati trailer

The trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati was released on 9 October to positive response from the critics and audience alike. Produced and directed by SLB himself, the period drama stars Shahid Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh in lead roles. Padmavati also marks SLB's third consecutive collaboration with Deepika Padukone - Ranveer Singh duo after Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela and Bajirao Mastani.

Interestingly, Padmavati trailer has caught the attention of SS Rajamouli as well. After watching the trailer, the Baahubali director mentioned it as insanely beautiful. He also added that each frame shown in the trailer was carved to perfection by the master craftsman SLB. SS Rajamouli went on to say Ranveer Singh looks menacing and frightening that he can't take his eyes off from the talented actor.

SS Rajamouli took to his Twitter account to share his experience after watching Padmavati trailer:

"Insanely beautiful !!! Each frame etched to perfection by the master craftsman. #PadmavatiTrailer @RanveerOfficial looks menacing and frightening yet can't take my eyes off him." (SIC).

Padmavati is slated to hit the screens on December 1 2017.
