Telugu superstar Allu Arjun's 2016 blockbuster Sarrainodu has set a new national record on social media. In fact, Sarrainodu was in news acros the North India ever since the Hindi dubbed version of the film released on YouTube. The Hindi version not only turned out to be a runaway hit with the north Indian audience but also clocked more than 25 million views along with nearly 1.75 lakh likes within 9 days of its release.
Catch had previously reported that the Hindi dubbed version of Sarrainodu has created history by clocking a whopping 100 million views on YouTube. The film is also the first Hindi dubbed film to reach this unique milestone, that too within 6 months time.
And now, the Hindu dubbed version of the Allu Arjun blockbuster has set a new national record on YouTube.
Sarrainodu has clocked a historical 145 million views to become the most watched Indian movie ever on YouTube. It's a remarkable feat considering that none of the Indian films have managed to create such records till now.
Upon its release, Sarrainodu has emerged as the fifth Rs. 100 crore South grosser of 2016 after Rajinikanth's Kabali, Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Theri and Mohanlal starrers Pulimurugan and Janatha Garage. The Boyapati Srinu directorial also features Catherine Teresa, Rakul Preet Singh, Aadi Pinisetty, and Srikanth.
