Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan is on a roll. The actor, who just delivered the first super hit of 2018 with his second Telugu outing Bhaagamathie is all set to thrill the audience once again with his upcoming Malayalam release Ira. The film will be Unni Mukundan's straight third release within 75-calendar days. The Musclealiyan's 2017 Christmas release Masterpiece is still running across the cinemas of Kerala.
2017 is considered as a landmark year for Unni Mukundan. The Malayalam youth icon had four major releases, Achayans, Avarude Ravukal, Clint and Masterpiece. While Achayans and Masterpiece turned out to be clean super hits at the Box Office, Clint emerged as a critical acclaimed film.
However, what's more interesting is the kind of roles Unni had portrayed in these films.
In Achayans, Unni Mukundan was exceptional as the drunkard bachelor Tony Vavachan. The chart-buster song, ‘Anuragam Puthumazha Pole‘, which marked the actor's singing debut worked wonders for the film as well.
