It's Official! Superstar Mohanlal joins Suriya 37 in Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 makers' next

It's known that Tamil actor Suriya and director K.V. Anand have teamed up for a new film. Produced by Lyca Productions, the makers of Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, Shankar's 2.0, the film is tipped to be the 37th film of Suriya's acting career.

And on Thursday night, the makers have announced an interesting addition to its cast.

It has been now confirmed that Suriya 37 will also star none other than legendary actor and superstar Mohanlal.

K.V. Anand took to his Twitter account to confirm the update.

Suriya also expressed his excitement to work with The Complete Actor through a tweet.

Suriya 37 also marks the return of Lalettan in Tamil cinema after the 2013 blockbuster Jilla.
