After Ranveer Singh in Simmba, this actor confirmed to play Jr.NTR's role in the Tamil remake of Temper

It's known that popular filmmaker Karan Johar and noted director Rohit Shetty have teamed up for the Bollywood remake of Telugu superstar Jr. NTR blockbuster Temper. The action entertainer starred Jr.NTR as an angry young man Daya and went onto become a landmark film for the actor after a string of many flops.

Catch had previously reported that the Hindi remake of Temper, titled Simmba will star Ranveer Singh as the male lead. Simmba also marks the acting debut of Sara Ali Khan, daughter of veteran stars Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan.

And now, according to Tamil media reports, Temper will also have it's Tamil remake as well.

Reportedly, Vishal is all set to reprise the role of Jr.NTR while Raashi Khanna will be seen essaying the role of Kajal Aggarwal in the Tamil remake of Temper. The untitled film will be directed by Venkat Mohan, a former associate of hit maker AR Murugadoss.
