After Khakee and Action Replayy, Akshay Kumar - Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to team up for this Rs. 450 crore film?

Shankar's upcoming film 2.0 is touted as the costliest Indian film to be made till date. Produced by Lyca Productions for a whopping Rs. 450 crore, the film also marks the first collaboration of superstars Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar.

Though most of the media reported 2.0 as the sequel to the 2010 Tamil blockbuster Enthiran, Shankar recently stated that his upcoming film will be entirely different than the first part which starred Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in lead roles.

However, if Tamil media reports are to be believed, then 2.0 will also see Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in a cameo appearance.

Reportedly, Aishwarya will be seen reprising her role Sana from Enthiran in 2.0 as well. The Guru actress has shot for a couple of sequences in the film which also marks her third association with Akshay Kumar after 2004 film Khakee and 2010 film Action Replayy.

An official confirmation on this is expected to be announced soon.
