The Indian Army Soldier, Aurangzeb, who was abducted on Thursday and his bullet-ridden body were found in the evening were being brutally tortured by the terrorist before being killed. Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists brutally tortured him in the forests of Gusoo in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district and filmed the entire heinous act. The terrorists have also released the video on Friday.
In the video, it can be heard terrorists saying that they have abducted him to avenge the killing of their man Wasim Shah in October 2017. The terrorists use a combination of Urdu and Hindi to communicate with Aurangzeb. Aurangzeb belonged to the shepherd-dominated region of Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch where Muslims largely speak Hindi.
The terrorists can be heard repeatedly asking him his designation in the video, duration of posting and the name of his supervising officer, "Who do you roam with? Some Major Shukla." To which he politely replies, "My father's name is Mohamad Haneef. I come from Poonch. Yes, I report to Major Shukla." They Hizbul Mujaheedin terrorists also ask Auranzeb if he was part of the Army unit that carried out the encounter against Shah.
Aurangzeb, Indian Army rifleman was part of several operations led by 44 Rashtriya Rifles, in which Hizb terrorist Sameer Tiger was killed on April 30, and five more, including 'commander' Saddam Paddar, were eliminated.
