Bihar's Environment, Forest and Climate Change minister and RJD leader Tej Pratap Yadav rode a bicycle on February 22 to the secretariat to give a message to save environment.
According to Yadav, he took the inspiration to ride the bicycle from late Samajwadi Party patron Mulayam Singh Yadav after seeing him in a dream.

The Bihar Environment Minister said that late Mulayam Singh Yadav met him in his dream while he was going to Vrindavan.
"I dreamt of going to Vrindavan&saw Netaji (Mulayam Singh Yadav). I then went to Saifai. I told him I wanted to see him&his village. We rode bicycles...I decided to go to Secretariat on a bicycle, save environment & spread Netaji's message..," said Minister Tej Pratap Yadav.
