Three days ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, the ruling BJP has released its manifesto, naming it ‘Sankalp Patra’ and have set 75 well defined resolutions.
Promising big for the common man, downtrodden and farmer, the BJP’s manifesto has taken an all round acknowledgement of the different classes and masses of the society. The Manifesto was launched in the presence of PM Narendra Modi, BJP president Amit Shah, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley among others dignitaries at the party headquarters in New Delhi.
Amit Shah, while launching the manifesto said, "In these 5 years, the BJP has worked towards providing a decisive govt, under the leadership of Narendra Modi," further adding that "In these 5 years, the BJP has worked towards providing a decisive government under the leadership of Narendra Modi."

Invoking the last five years governance of the BJP and the air strikes, BJP president further said at the launch of the manifesto that, "In 5 years, we took 50 mega decisions, with no scams under PM Narendra Modi's rule and we conducted surgical strikes against terror as well."
Meanwhile, Congress, the main Opposition party had already released its manifesto for the 2019 polls, making a noise all over India with its NYAY scheme where Rs 72,000 per year will be given to 20% of the poor, with a tagline ‘AbHogaNYAY.’
The Congress further in its manifesto has said to review the Armed Forces Special Powers Act and repeal the Sedition Law, and decriminalize the Defamation law.
