Salman Khan gets bail: Bollywood and fans rejoice as 'Chulbul Pandey' walks out of the jail; here's how Twitterati reacted
The Jodhpur Sessions Court on Saturday accepted the bail plea of the Bollywood actor Salman Khan and granted him bail in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. Salman has been granted bail on a surety of Rs 50,000 rupees and he has to present to the court on May 7 for the next hearing.
The Bishnoi community which committed to protecting the endangered Blackbuck deer that the actor killed in 1998 during the shoot of film Hum Sath Sath Hai, has decided to approach Rajasthan High Court against the bail plea.
The actor was granted bail after 48 hours after his conviction in the 20 years-old case. After the actor was granted bail the fans and Bollywood celebrated the moment fully.

Salman Khan is awarded 5 years of imprisonment along with Rs 50,000 as a penalty by the Jodhpur Session Court. The other co-accused actors Sonali Bendre, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu and Neelam walked out free. The next hearing of the plea will be heard on 7 May.
