It is generally said that the learning comes first from the home and same goes the scene with everyone be it any politician or celebrity. The Government of India introduced the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ in order to keep our surroundings and ultimately our country clean but it seems as if a BJP Minister has now peed over this campaign of the government.
In a recent photo that has been going viral on the social media, Rajasthan's Health Minister Kalicharan Saraf can be seen urinating on the walls in Jaipur. This has become a big reason for the ruling BJP party to get embarrassed.

When the minister was contacted by the media person for a statement, his phone was found switched off but as per reports by IANS he said that it was not a big issue.
As soon the picture spread as fire, the opposition quickly grabbed the opportunity to attack the ruling party and asked for the minister's apology. Congress's Rajasthan unit Vice President Archana Sharma referred the act as shameful.
