With less than two weeks left for the General elections, PM Narendra Modi has embarked upon the campaign trail with launching the BJP’s rally in Northeast.
Today, PM Modi campaigned in Arunachal Pradesh’s Siang district and Assam’s Dibrugarh, where he has again cropped up the ‘chaiwala’ term by stating that “only a 'chaiwaala' can understand the pain of 'chaiwaalas'.”
Earlier, PM Modi had tweeted saying, “Over the last few years, the @BJP4Arunachal Government in the state has done exceptional work in various sectors. I will request the people of the state to bless BJP in the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha polls.”
PM Modi in Dibrugarh, Assam: They hate chowkidar, they've problem with chaiwallas too. I used to think it's only one chaiwalla on their target. But when I visited all corners of the country, I realised be it WB or Assam, they don't even like to look at someone associated with tea pic.twitter.com/IRIm96JhJL
