Once again fuel price has increased today i.e. 9th October 2018, Tuesday. The price of petrol in Delhi is Rs 82.26 per litre which has increased by Rs 0.23 while the diesel price in the capital is Rs 74.11 per litre increased by 0.29 respectively.
In Mumbai, the petrol price has increased by Rs 0.23, therefore, the current price in the city is Rs 87.73 per litre. While the diesel is Rs 77.68 per litre, which is increased by Rs 0.31 respectively.
Earlier, Modi government had announced to decreased the fuel price by Rs 2.5, which had given some sort of relief to the consumers but on Sunday, oil-marketing companies had increased the prices of petrol and diesel across the four metro cities.
Previously, the price of petrol was at Rs. 81.82 per litre in New Delhi, Rs. 83.66 per litre in Kolkata, Rs. 87.29 per litre in Mumbai and Rs. 85.04 per litre in Chennai, according to Indian Oil Corporation (IOC).
Also, the diesel was sold at 3 per litre in New Delhi, Rs. 75.38 per litre in Kolkata, Rs. 77.06 per litre in Mumbai and Rs. 77.73 per litre in Chennai.
But now, the fuel prices have been increased.
However, fuel prices i.e. Petrol and Diesel prices are revised everyday at 08:00 am everyday.
