Several parts of Mumbai have been witnessing heavy rains since Friday morning. This has led to traffic jams and water logging at several places.
Mumbai is expected to receive this heavy rainfall till June 29. The weather department has forecast heavy rains warning for the next 24 hours.
The areas which have recorded heavy rainfall include Virar and Juhu.
Heavy rainfall will affect areas falling under the districts of Greater Mumbai, Thane, Palghar.
The visibility at the Mumbai airport remains low but there was only one diversion around 9 am, reports ANI.
