A Massive fire broke out on Tuesday in Mumbai’s Bandra area. Fire broke out in a slum at Lalmati opposite Bandra Fire Station in Mumbai, reported ANI. Level-III fire broke out in a slum at Lalmati, Bandra West area of Mumbai.
At least 9 fire tenders rushed at the spot and eight water tankers were at the spot to douse the blaze
The incident was reported at 11.50 am in Nargis Dutt Nagar slum, Mumbai's disaster management cell said in a statement. "A joint team of fire brigade, ward staffers and Mumbai Police personnel has been mobilised to douse the flames," it added.

However, an unconfirmed media reports suggested the fire was caused by a cooking gas cylinder blast. however, no reports of any casualty came out as of now.
