Marital Rape Case: Shocking! Husband pressurized his wife for unnatural sex and made a video; what happened next will haunt you

Delhi High Court has recently announced its verdict on the marital rape case. Now, a shocking and unusual incident has come to light where a husband had pressurized his wife for unnatural sex. The case comes to light when a wife has filed the complaint against her husband. Supreme Court has also agreed to hear the plea of the woman.

She had said in her complaint that during her four years of wedding, her husband put the pressure on her for doing oral sex. Justice NV Ramana and Justice M M Shantanagoudar have also sent the notice to the husband and also sought his response.

The woman alleged that without her consent, her husband also made the video of sexual relations.

As per the reports, the woman got married in Gujarat’s Sabarkantha in 2014 with the doctor. She also revealed that she was engaged at the age of 12 in 2002. She said that her husband pressurized her to do oral sex against her will and she was unable to explain it.

It has been further said in the petition that the husband also made a pressure to create sex videos and also forced to her to accept his immoral demands. She also told that her husband even tortured her physically and threatened her.

Earlier, the woman had also filed a case against her husband in Sabarkantha on charges of rape and unnatural sex. She has lodged a complaint against her husband under sections 375 and 377.
