Man axes five family members to death before committing suicide

Mainpuri (Uttar Pradesh): In a tragic incident that occurred between 4:30 am and 5:00 am, a man brutally killed five of his family members in Gokulpur Arsara village, Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh.

Victims and Assailant
The victims have been identified as Bhullan Yadav (25) and Sonu Yadav (21), who are brothers of the assailant, Shiv Veer Yadav (30). Soni (20), the wife of Sonu Yadav, along with Saurabh (23), Shiv Veer Yadav's brother-in-law, and Deepak (20), Saurabh's friend, also lost their lives. The assailant, Shiv Veer Yadav, subsequently took his own life.

Authorities Investigate the Motive
Law enforcement officials, led by Superintendent of Police Vinod Kumar, are currently investigating the motive behind this horrific act of violence.

Injured Victims Receive Medical Treatment
Dolly (24), the wife of Shiv Veer Yadav, and his maternal aunt, Sushma, sustained injuries during the attack. They were rushed to District Hospital Mainpuri for medical treatment.

Post-Mortem Examination Conducted on the Bodies
The bodies of the deceased have been sent to the mortuary at District Hospital Mainpuri to undergo post-mortem examinations, which will aid in the ongoing investigation.

Investigation
Local law enforcement, including In-charge Inspector Kishni, a surveillance team, and a dog squad, are actively investigating the incident to gather more information and ascertain the sequence of events leading up to the tragedy.
