Ahead of the Lok Sabha election, the campaigning by various political party’s has begun and the Governor of Rajasthan, Kalyan Singh, has sent his message to the cadre stating that ‘India needs PM Narendra Modi.’
The comment which is being seen as controversial in the media, as for someone clearly supporting a person or a party being at a constitutional position could be deterrent in nature.
On the camera, Governor Kalyan Singh has pitched for PM Narendra Modi and the video clip is getting viral on social media.

“We are workers of BJP. Going by that, we definitely want the BJP to win. Everyone wants that once more, Modi-ji should become PM. It is necessary for the country and the society that Modi-ji becomes PM,” said Kalyan Singh to the media.
In a controversy over the candidate named for the Aligarh constituency, the BJP workers had earlier protested outside the residence of Kalyan Singh, claiming that the candidate Satish Gautam has never visited Aligarh and has been give a ticket to contest.
In reply, Kalyan Singh said to the protesting BJP workers that “BJP workers should accept the party's decision.”
The election is scheduled to negin from April 11 and the results would be declared on May 23.
