A video of a BJP leader and former Jammu and Kashmir state minister Lal Singh's brother using derogatory language against state chief minister Mehbooba Mufti has gone viral. As the video went viral, national conference leader Omar Abdullah has demanded that an FIR be lodged against the lawmaker's brother.
The senior BJP leader and J&K former minister who was led to quit after being part of a rally in Jammu in support of Kathua rape accuse led a massive rally in Kathua district from Lakhanbpur to Hiranagar in a move to demand a CBI probe into the rape and murder of an eight-year-old girl in January.
The 26-second video clip of BJP leader's brother Chaudhary Rajinder Singh purportedly shot during a rally in 'Dogri Swabhiman' shows him atop a vehicle and using abusive language against J&K chief minister Mehbooba Mufti. A group of people can be seen enjoying and clapping in the video as the rally moves.

Taking to Twitter, Abdullah said that the language used against CM Mufti is 'absolutely unacceptable'.

The police said they have filed an FIR at the Kathua police station and action will be taken against the BJP legislator's brother.
