Jain saint Tarun Sagar has passed away today at around 3 am. The influential Jain Muni was died at the age of 51 at Radhapuri Jain Temple in Krishna Nagar of east Delhi due to his prolonged disease jaundice.
As per the reports, Tarun Sagar was admitted to a private hospital and there was no improvement in his health condition. Also, he had stopped taking any medicine and then, he had brought to Radhapuri temple where he opted for 'Santhara', the Jain rituals of fast unto death.
His fan following was not only restricted to Jain community but other community also followed him. He was known for his nationalist views and also for his ‘kadve pravachan’.
He had received a respect from various politicians including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje and, Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar.
Earlier in 2016, he had also hit the headlines when he had invited to deliver a lecture at the Haryana Assembly.
Those who have not seen their Maharaj Ji for a long time, then, a video is doing the round on social media in which Jain Saint Tarun Sagar has given darshan to his followers.

After knowing his demise news, several ministers also extended their condolences to the saint.
