After security personnel cordoned off the Jammu bus stand area, an eyewitness had said, “I thought it was a tyre burst. It was a big blast. The locals took the injured to the hospital in an ambulance.”
As per records, this blast is the third grenade attack in Jammu’s bus stand area since last May 2018.
This attack comes after India conducted “pre-emptive non-military” air strike across the LoC at the terror camps of Jaish-e-Mohammad, who had earlier carried out the deadly Pulwama attack, wherein more than 40 CRPF soldiers were martyred.
