Indian Air Force's AN-32 aircraft that took off from Jorhat carrying 13 on-board has reportedly gone missing, reports ANI. An IAF AN-32 aircraft went missing on Monday at 1300 hours that had gone airborne from Assam's Jorhat at 12:25 lost contact with the station from near China border.

The Air Force has launched a search operation to track down the plane. Indian Air Force has launched Sukhoi-30 combat aircraft and C-130 Special Ops aircraft on a search mission for locating the missing IAF AN-32 Aircraft that last contacted ground sources at 1 PM.
The aircraft was bound for Menchuka Advance Landing Ground in Arunachal Pradesh. The aircraft last contacted ground sources at 1 PM today after taking off from Jorhat airbase at 12:25 pm, reported news agency ANI.
