Hyderabad Encounter: Rose petals showered on police team, 'DCP-ACP zindabad' slogans raised at crime spot
The Hyderabad residents on Friday reacted with joy to the news that all four accused in in rape and murder of woman veterinarian, were killed in a police encounter.
Locals showered rose petals on Police personnel, who were present at the spot where the accused persons were killed in an encounter earlier today. The Neighbors of the veterinarian celebrated and offered sweets to Police personnel.
Moreover, 'DCP Zindabad, ACP Zindabad' slogans were also raised near the spot and the locals cheered for police at the encounter site.

After encounter news broke out the woman doctor's family expressed their gratitude towards the police for giving their daughter justice. Her father said, “It has been 10 days to the day my daughter died. I express my gratitude towards the police and government for this. My daughter’s soul must be at peace now.”
Her mother also thanked the police and the Telangana government for partial justice “My daughter will not come back, but, this is a sigh of relief for us in this hour of grief,” she said.
The victim’s sister also expressed her happiness and said that she didn't expect the encounter of all four accuse. She said, “I am extremely happy with this punishment. Police have done a great job and I demand that no action should be taken against the police personnel.”

Worth mentioning here that, all the four people accused in the rape and murder of woman veterinarian in Telangana were killed in an encounter with the police in between 3 am and 6 am today.
The accused-- Mohammed Arif, Naveen, Shiva and Chennakeshavulu were killed in an encounter with the police when the accused tried to escape while being taken to the crime spot.
