Today, girls are standing together with boys in every sector from education to corporate world. The world's thinking towards girls is changing day by day. Girls have proven themselves that they are no less than anyone instead they are much better.
Girls also have the freedom to live their life on their own terms and choice. The girls enjoy their life with their friends and loved ones go to outing, pubs, and party. When it's about the party, its incomplete without drinks. While, in India, Goa is a beloved place for every traveler and is very popular among the youngsters.
On this Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parriakr seems to be worried that women are drinking beer. According to The Indian Express, he said this at the State Youth Parliament held by the Legislature Secretariat in Panaji.
"I have begun to fear now because even girls have started drinking beer. The tolerance limit is being crossed," said Parrikar on Friday at an event.
As per a report by TOI, while addressing the audience about the drug problem in the state, he said,
“It’s not today’s phenomenon. It is (drug abuse) not to that extent, but we are definitely worried because of the drugs syndicate.”
“I gave directions on August 13, 2017, and since then more than 170 people have been arrested for drug peddling.” he further added.
However, his statement did not go down well with the Twitterati, who savagely tore into the Chief Minister while using a hashtag "GirlsWhoDrinkBeer"

The line of thinking that women cannot or should not do what men are allowed to do is regressive.

Started? They have been drinking for years. What is wrong with female drinking? I am not a supporter of drinking but can't discriminate.
