Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Japan to attend two-day G20 Summit in Osaka on Thursday.

This time Japan is hosting the summit where PM Modi will meet world leaders, including US President Donald Trump.


After the arrival in Osaka, PMO tweeted, ‘Early morning arrival in Osaka.

The #G20 Summit, bilateral and multilateral interactions await PM @narendramodi in the coming two days. He will elaborate on many issues of global importance and present India’s viewpoint.’

 

However, this will be PM Modi’s sixth G20 Summit which is being held at Osaka, Japan which will begin on June 28, 2019, and will conclude on June 29, 2019.

Likewise in India, PM Modi’s magic can also be seen in Japan. A video of PM Modi has surfaced the Internet in which he was greeted by the Indian community in Japan.

A huge crowd was waiting for PM Modi’s arrival at the airport and soon he arrived, people welcomed him with a heartwarming gesture.

Even PM Modi also responded to their greetings with a smile and also shook hands with his fans.

Especially, the younger fans of PM Modi who were carrying Indian National Flag in their hands and greeted India’s PM by chanting ‘Modi Modi’.

MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said in a Twitter post, "Pictures say it all! PM Narendra Modi greeted by excited and proud young members of the Indian community on his arrival at the hotel in Osaka."

 

Before departing for Japan to attend the G20 Summit, PM Modi said that women empowerment, artificial intelligence and common efforts to address challenges like terrorism will also be the topic for discussion in the crucial summit.
