New Delhi: Delhi police teams have exposed two gay sextortion rackets operating in South-East Delhi. The criminals exploited a popular social media app called 'GRINDER' to trap unsuspecting victims, leading to their exploitation and blackmail.

Trapped in Fear: Victims' Plight
The victims, caught in the vicious web of fear and blackmail, found themselves at the mercy of the accused. Fearful of the social stigma associated with their sexual orientation, they felt trapped and powerless to resist the illegal demands imposed upon them.

As a result, they were coerced into transferring money to the accounts of the perpetrators.

Swift Action by Delhi Police: Four Arrested
Upon receiving a complaint, the Delhi Police initiated a prompt investigation into the matter. They successfully apprehended two key individuals involved in the racket. Arun Kumar (22) and Vishal Kohli (24), residents of Ghaziabad, were taken into custody, marking a significant breakthrough in the fight against sextortion.

Unraveling a Second Racket: Another Arrest Made
In response to a subsequent complaint, the police intensified their efforts to dismantle the second gay sextortion racket. This led to the arrest of Anuj alias Banda (21), a resident of Sarita Vihar. This operation dealt a severe blow to the exploitative network, providing a glimmer of hope to the victims and their quest for justice.
