Delhi: Man stabs wife multiple times with screwdriver, arrested

The Delhi Police arrested a man on January 7 from the Jahangirpuri area for allegedly killing his wife. According to the police, the man stabbed his wife to death with a screwdriver, two days after being released from jail.
The accused has been identified as Chetram, who was previously sent to jail under sections 107 and 151 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), police said.
As per police, Chetram stabbed his wife multiple times to take revenge for his previous arrest and later also cut his nose.
A case has been lodged in the matter and the police have taken up the investigation.
