Delhi Fire: Fire breaks out at rubber godown in Siraspur; 26 fire tenders at the spot

Fire breaks out at rubber godown in Siraspur in Delhi on on Sunday. 26 fire tenders rushed to the spot. No loss of life reported yet.

According to news agency ANI, fire is under control. Details awaited.

Earlier, a fire broke out at a plastic factory in North Delhi’s Narela Industrial area on April 07. No casualties were reported.

Last month, a major fire broke out at Pandit Deendayal Antyodaya Bhawan at CGO Complex in New Delhi that houses several important government offices in central Delhi. In the incident, security personnel died of injuries.


 

The blaze was reported from the office of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment on the 5th floor of Pandit Deendayal Antyodaya Bhawan at CGO Complex. 

Many government offices, including a branch of the Indian Air Force, Water and Sanitation Ministry, the Forest Ministry and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), are housed in the Antyodaya Bhawan. Till 2016 the building was called Paryavaran Bhawan.
