A woman who was set on fire by her live-in partner in Delhi on February 11 died during treatment, the police said on February 21.
According to the police, the deceased had left her husband and had been living in a live-in relationship with his boyfriend Mohit for the past six years.
As per the victim’s statement, she had a fight with Mohit on February 10, after which he poured Tarpin oil on her and set her on fire.

Based on the victim’s statement, Police registered an FIR at Aman Vihar Police Station and arrested Mohit.
Further investigation is underway.
