As the Supreme Court has begun its hearing in the CBI vs Mamata Banerjee case, the BJP has again taken a toll over Bengal government by poking in with infamous Uri dialogue, ‘Howz the Kahuf’

Today, BJP has scheduled a public rally of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who was earlier denied permission to land his helicopter in Bengal on Sunday, after which he completed his rally over telephone.

But today, interestingly, Yogi Adiyanath will land his chopper in Jharkhand’s Bokaro and thereafter will lead his cavalcade to a public gather in Bengal’s Purulia, which is around 300 kms from the capital city of Kolkata.

Uttar Pradesh’s Health Minister Siddharth Nath Singh has attacked the Bengal CM stating, “Mamata Banerjee's unconstitutional and unethical actions indicates that democracy is under threat in West Bengal. This atmosphere and situation is very unfortunate.”

The whole fiasco in the Mamata vs Center case has fallen out on the shoulders of CBI, which at one time was a premier investigative agency but has no more credibility left after a lot of damage done to the goodwill and image last year in the Alok Verma’s case.

The CBI has alleged that Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar had destroyed ‘incriminating evidence’ in the matter related to the Saradha chit fund scam.

CBI affidavit says investigation was being done by SIT&crucial evidence such as laptops, mobile phones etc were handed over to the main accused in Saradha scam case by the investigating officer of WB police working under direct supervision of Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar.
