In a jolt for the Congress party, the Delhi High Court has ruled that Associated Journals Limited will have to vacate the Herald House.
The Delhi High Court has upheld the earlier verdict of the single bench, wherein the AJL was asked to evict the building. The Court has not clarified on the time in which Associated Journals Limited has to evict the Herald building.
The National Herald newspaper, which functions from the Herald House and is published by The Associated Journals Ltd. Was founded by India’s first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru in 1938.
