Bhopal Horror! 12-year-old raped by two men, head smashed with stones; police suspect aunt’s involvement

In a heinous incident reported from Bhopal, a 12-year-old girl was allegedly raped and brutally murdered by two men on Tuesday. The incident took place in the evening when the girl was visiting a temple in Manubhavan Tekri area with her 16-year-old aunt.

According to reports, the two accused came up there and took the girl to an isolated area nearby and raped her, before smashing her head. However, the police suspect the deceased aunt knew both the accused and was also involved in the crime.

The girl’s family then filed a complaint with the police on next day, following which both men and the girl’s aunt were arrested. Both the accused live in the same neighbourhood as the girl. Meanwhile, the police are waiting for a forensic report to find out how many people were involved in the crime.

However, according to PTI reports, BJP Bhopal candidate, Pragya Thakur took the girl's mother to the hospital. The deceased mother needed medical attention due to the trauma. She also reportedly attacked Kamalnath-led Congress government in the state over the law and order situation.
