The Supreme Court to hear the Ayodhya Ram Temple case on February 26. Justice SA Bobde who is a part of five-judge Constitution bench returned from leave. Although the bench was scheduled to hear the case on January 29, that could not happen due to “non-availability” of Justice S A Bobde on the day.

The Supreme Court's five-judge Constitution bench – comprising the CJI Ranjan Gogoi, Justice S A Bobde, Justice D Y Chandrachud, Justice Ashok Bhushan and Justice S Abdul Nazeer – to hear the appeal challenging the September 30, 2010 verdict of the Allahabad High Court.
