In a sharp criticism over Rahul Gandhi’s confidant Sam Pitroda’s remark over Balakot air strike, BJP president Amit Shah has taken a toll and demanded that Congress president must apologise for the remarks of their Congress member.

Asking for explanation, BJP chief Amit Shah asked “Congress President should explain it to the nation- do you consider such heinous attack (Pulwama attack) a routine incident?”

Attacking the Congress party over the mention of 26/11 Mumbai attacks, Amit Shah asked questions to the grand old party, “If a country shouldn't be held responsible for deeds of 7-8 ppl, does Congress believe that Pakistan govt&military has a connection with terror attacks here? If there is a connection, who is the culprit, Congress party should answer.”

Amit Shah has asked Rahul Gandhi to tell whom does he support, whether the Indian Air Force or not. Adding to his veiled comments, Shah said, “Who do you (Rahul Gandhi) support? Doubting the Indian Air Force is not right for the national president of any party. You stand in support when slogans are raised against the country in JNU, and call it the freedom of expression.”

Earlier, it was Indian Overseas Congress Chief Sam Pitroda who had made controversial remarks regarding the Balakot air strike carried out by India last month at th eterror camps of Jaish-e-Mohammad.

Sam Pitroda had said, “Attacks happen all the time. Attacks happened in Mumbai and we could have reacted and sent our planes but that’s not the right approach according to me,.”
