AP CM appeals officers to work for satisfaction of people

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on 25 September threw light on development of Andhra Pradesh post which took place post bifurcation of the state.

Speaking on topic 'Next Level Competency' Naidu addressed 450 officers of All India Services and Civil Services at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie. In Mussoorie

Naidu urged senior IAS officers to learn things from the society and environment to bring efficiency.

The Chief Minister delivered a useful speech and gave key lessons on policy-making, imparting his immense experience in administration and real-time governance to the IAS officers.

He connected to the IAS officers by explaining them about the main elements involved in serving the people.

Naidu also shared his experience and challenges faced by the government post bifurcation.

He further threw light on policy and governance reforms being taken up in Andhra Pradesh.

He concluded the address by saying "We have to ask the citizens whether they are satisfied or not, if not we should ask them about the satisfaction level".

This is the second visit of CM Chandrababu Naidu in LBSNAA, earlier in 2015 he was chosen to deliver lessons on policy and governance for IAS officers in 2015.

Andhra Pradesh has registered a record growth of 11.72% for the first quarter of 2017-18, double the national average of 5.6%. The state is also eagerly working towards making the new world-class capital Amravati.
