Amid tension at border, Pak PM Imran Khan asks armed forces 'to be prepared for all eventualities'
After India’s aerial strikes across Pakistan occupied Kashmir in Balakot, PM Imran Khan has asked the armed forces and the citizens “to remain prepared for all eventualities.”
The statement has come after the situation at the international borders have escalated to tension wherein Indian Air Force conducted “non-military operation,” destroying the terror camps of Jaish-e-Mohammed by dropping around 1000 kgs of bomb.
Pakistan’s newspaper Dawn, quoting the government statement, read, “This action has been done for domestic consumption being in an election environment, putting regional peace and stability at grave risk. The claimed area of the strike is open for the world to see the facts on the ground. For this domestic and international media is being taken to the impact site. The forum concluded that India has committed uncalled for aggression to which Pakistan shall respond at the time and place of its choosing.”

Earlier, it was Pakistan based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed which had attacked the CRPF convoy, moving from Jammu to Kashmir, wherein more than 40 CRPF soldiers were martyred.
After PM Narendra Modi chaired a high level meet regarding the security in morning, Pakistan has also chaired a National Security Meeting, where it held that “India has committed uncalled for aggression to which Pakistan shall respond at the time and place of its choosing.”
Further, Indian Army had shot down a Pakistani drone last night in Kutch area of Gujarat, bordering Pakistan.
