Scuffle Erupts at Goa Wine and Dine Restaurant

According to police, the incident involved an altercation between two unidentified persons, a man and a woman, and a restaurant cashier at the establishment known as "Goa Wine and Dine." The situation escalated as they not only verbally abused but also physically assaulted the cashier.
