Ahead of the Lok Sabha election, the political rhetoric has again taken a toll as now Congress and BJP have started a Twitter warfare about changing the account names.
Haryana Minister Anil Vij has taken a jibe at the Congress president Rahul Gandhi after the #MaiBhiChowkidar campaign of the BJP, wherein the stalwart politicians of the latter had changed their account names to ‘Chowkidar’ as the suffix.
Vij has asked the Congress workers to add ‘Pappu’ in their name as BJP will have no objection over it.
हमने अपने नाम के आगे #चौकीदार लिखा तुम्हे तकलीफ हो रही है । तुम भी अपने नाम के आगे #पप्पू लिख लो हम बिल्कुल भी एतराज नहीं करेंगे ।

“We have added # chowkidar to our names and you have a problem with that. You should also prefix # Pappu to your names and we will have no objection,” Vij tweeted.
BJP’s Anil Vij has further said that “We have added # chowkidar to our names and you have a problem with that. You should also prefix # Pappu to your names and we will have no objection.”
PM Narendra Modi, while launching the campaign on March 16, had asked every citizen to be ‘Chowkidar’ and that every Indian is saying #MaiBhiChowkidar.
PM Modi tweeted, “Your Chowkidar is standing firm and serving the nation. But, I am not alone. Everyone who is fighting corruption, dirt, social evils is a Chowkidar. Everyone working hard for the progress of India is a Chowkidar. Today, every Indian is saying-#MainBhiChowkidar.”
