The InternationalYoga day celebration has begun in the world today. Not only in India but the whole world has joined the event with full enthusiasm. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is performing yoga asanas with at least 50,000 people at the 4th International Yoga Day at Forest Research Institute in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Modi also joined by several union ministers across the country.
PM Modi said before starting doing the Yoga that ‘Yoga is beautiful because it has been continued since ancient but still it is modern and will remain evolving in future as well. He also said that doing we get the solutions to our problems that we face either as an individual or in our society.
PM Modi also added that practising Yoga also helps us in spreading the peace and brotherhood.
During his speech at International Yoga Day at Forest Research Institute in Dehradun, PM Modi said that Yoga can minimize all our illness if we practice asanas and pranayama regularly. Because it promotes an important role in promoting health.

The first International Day of Yoga was observed all over the world on June 21, 2015, where more than 30,000 people, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, performed yoga asanas (postures) at Rajpath in New Delhi.
The idea of International Day of Yoga was first proposed by Prime Minister Modi during his speech at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on 27 September 2014.
